He had to have them all capped in silver:( Poor baby he's only like 5 and looks like he has a grill. I am glad you caught Noah's early! They told her it was from nighttime nursing too cause of the whole milk pooling in the mouth. I think they called it milk rot. Hopefully Noah will be able to save his other teeth and not have to have too painful of a procedure. I have lacking enamel too (from years of throwing up) it sucks.
